Infitech’s Pure64 workstation and server offer power, speed and performance in pure 64-bit computing.  Based on the AMD Opteron 2000 series processor and powered by nVIDIA NFP3600 + 3050 chipset, Pure64 workstation and server are specially designed and configured for game programming, CAD, image processing applications.

What is Pure64 Systems?

Pure64 is one of first High Preformance Computers that is dedicated to 64-bit computing -- not 32-bit & 64-bit hybrids, -- and OS that runs purely on 64-bit systems, PureOS. Linux based, Pure64 systems provide reliability, and speed for those need mission critical intensive jobs, such as design of semi-conductor chips, 3D graphic applications, and game programming.

With our software partner, PureOS, we are working to gain overall performance speed of 25% for intensive workloads.

The most obvious difference between 32-bit and 64-bit hybrids, and Pure64 system is that 64-bit system can address more than 4GB of RAM, whereas 64-bit systems can use upto 1 Terabytes.

Modern applications are not only large by themselves, but they also require a lot of memory to operate. Memory limitations may not come into play whe just using single applications, but when you’re using multiple applications at once, or are multitasking on your computer, it becomes a great factor
